ST 061 GSM 900/1800 Signal Detector

The ST 061 is intended for detecting GSM 900/1800 transmitters. The maximum range of detection of cellular phones in an open space is 200 meters. The device is not blocked by base station signals. USB port. The principle of operation of the ST 061 is based on measuring the level of the electromagnetic field within the frequency range of GSM transmitters, and the subsequent analysis of the detected signals in order to single out the GSM 900/1800 signals.

The main operation mode of the ST 061 is Monitoring. When in Monitoring Mode, the device will detect GSM signals above the set threshold level and store the information (detection time, duration, and signal level) in the Event Log (9 banks, each storing up to 999 events). The device can be programmed to operate independently (the user sets up the time when the device will turn on and off).

The ST 061 uses a variety of methods to attract the user’s attention:

• the text ALERT will blink on the display;
• acoustic signaling via the built-in speaker;
• vibrating alert;
• a built-in remote switch (via an external jack) can be used to switch on and off external GSM jammers.

The Search Mode is an additional operation mode of the ST 061 that locates the source of electromagnetic irradiation in the near field.

The ST 061 has a variety of options available by pressing the MENU button, including setting up the device for operating in the various modes, as well as additional settings, such as:

• Choosing interface language (Russian/English)
• Changing the brightness/contrast of the display;
• Changing alert modes.
